Yes. Downloading and signing up is completely free. Topping up your wallet via bank transfer is free. Card top-ups carry the standard processor fee. There are no hidden fees on any bill. You pay exactly what the provider charges.
Timpbills is available on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android. Minimum requirements: iOS 14+, Android 8+.
